7. When your application has been approved a non refundable $100 deposit must be mailed to Oaks Manor. Once the deposit has been received the date and time for your event will be secured. You must pay the balance due on or before the day of your eventt. The amount due will be based on the number contracted for meals or the actual number of meals served whichever is greater.
